Update 4 Changes

- New Menu Background, Logo, and Loading Screen

- New Menu Theme: "Fear" - DEFCON OST.

- New Garrison House Explosion sound. 

- New "Wood Explosion" sound (dunno where this happens ingame but it's replaced now). 

- Edited Field Gun Reload sound to better sync with the reload speed.

- Slightly increased volume of Field Gun Fire sound.

- Increased volume of Incoming Artillery sound.

- Decreased volume of Light Tank Engine sounds.

I know what you're thinking after reading that first bullet: "whaaaat? visual changes? in my sound mod?" My reasoning for the change is so that people know right away they installed the mod right. Also, the art used ("Charge" by Tony Cezar) looks way better in my opinion. No offense to Julian, but the color palette used for the Trench Warfare promo piece is kinda gross. There's pretty much no color other than brown and swampy green. Combine the dull browns with the pee-yellow of the Trench Warfare logo and... yeah. Safe to say this one is definitely way more satisfying in my eyes. Anyways, enjoy!
