Update 12 Changes

Well, it's been quite a while since I've done one of these, huh? There's a multitude of new sounds relating to Update 37 in these notes, so for the sake of order I'll list them separately below.

Update 37 Specific sound changes are:
- New Engine sounds for the Warden Medium Tank, Colonial Siege Tank, and LUV.
- New 68mm Emplacement Fire sound.
- New FMG Emplacement Fire sound.
- New Tank Penetration sounds.
- New Tank Ricochete sound.
- New Light Tank Boost sound.
- New sounds for hitting Sulfur, Aluminum, Scrap, and Components (for both sledge and regular hammers).
- Various existing Engine sounds have been revamped to better suit the vehicle physics system.

As for the already existing stuff:
- New SMG Fire sound.
- New Barge Drive and Start sound.
- New Motorboat sounds.
- New Bridge Open, Close, and Lever sounds.
- New HMG Equip sound.
- New FMG (the regular one, not the emplacement) Fire sound.
- New AT Emplacement Fire sound.
- New Shovel Dig sound.
- New Vehicle Impact sound.
- New War Result sound.
- New Storm Cannon Fire and Impact sound.
- New Crane Deploy sounds.
- New FA Reload (and everything else that uses its file) sound.
- Reverted FA Fire sound back to the sound it was multiple updates ago.
- Revamped Crane Rotation sound.
- Revamped Ambulance Siren sounds.
- Revamped Pistol and Carbine Reload sounds.
- Revamped Factory and Refinery sounds to be easier to listen to for extended periods of time.
- Slightly modified Mortar Impact sound.
- Tweaked the Rifle Fire sound's dynamics.
- Fixed Mortar Flare Explosion sound so there's not a weird pause inbetween the detonation and loop.
- Various volume tweaks and adjustments.

Sorry about how the moment you get used to a sound I replace it. I feel like there's almost a universal guarantee that everytime I upload a finished mod version and think to myself "yeah, that's basically perfect," there's always about 17 new sounds that crop up that are infinitely better than the ones I just put in.
